A seasoned professional, experienced in hosting events across multiple languages. She is a full-time PR and Communications specialist in the tech industry. Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian, she brings a unique skillset to every event. In 2024, she participated in the AWS mentorship program in the US. Her experience includes hosting for inDrive, Dutch Royal Theatre, Digital Qazaqstan, and the Red Bull Basement final. She brings a dynamic and engaging presence to every event.

2 hour event in Kazakh and Russian for journalists in Almaty.

UNICEF: facilitation at RES 2026

3 hour session in English, Kazakh and Russian that brought together Kazakhstani government, UNICEF C-levels and young delegates from all over Central Asia.

Dutch Royal Theatre press conference in Astana

Translating and moderating press-conference for NomadBalletProject and artists of the Dutch Royal Theatre and local journalists. Command attention and convey key messages in Kazakh, English and Russian for journalists.

Red Bull Basement final

Hosting the final in English, Kazakh and Russian. Prior to the session I done rehearsal together with finalists, gave them key recommendations on how to pitch in front of the jury.

Digital Qazaqstan

I moderated the sessions at Zerde Hall and managed correct timing. All the sessions started and finished in time!

Panel session with VC funds from Japan and South Korea

Moderating panel session as the forum ambassador, I deep dived into the topic and came up with the questions, agreed it all with speakers and managed interaction with the audience during the discussion.

The episode recorded at Digital Bridge 2023 together with producer from San-Francisco, Sarika Batra. Shugyla has written the scenerio, came up with questions and topic and hosted the episode, as result it had about 40 thousand views.
